I particularly remember this shot because I was feeling extremely underwhelmed and disappointed with pictures I was taking. They just didn't feel right. It took me awhile to realise but sometimes, not everything you do has to be perfect. You don't have to win awards, you don't have to get the most likes; you don't have to be the best. You just need to enjoy what you're doing and everything will just fall into place. Talked to many mentors and experience photographers and they all say the same thing, you take the best pictures when you are having the most fun. I loved how this image turned out when I just stopped wanting to be the best and just enjoy the process. Am trying to be #rootedinjoyfulness in everything I do now. Definitely makes everything much more enjoyable.
